The Role

As a Customer Success Manager you will build relationships with our clients on both sides of our business: consulting and SaaS. You make our impact visible to all the key stakeholders and work with them to get the maximum benefit from our solutions. You identify cross and up selling opportunities and work with our technical team to build the perfect pitch for each client.

You are an AI Pioneer and you understand the technical context our clients operate in and how AI can unblock their biggest challenges. You help us secure the position as AI expert for all our customers, they know we understand them and we bring AI to their organization.

What you will be doing

1. Storytelling - you will build the pitch for each client and each project to make our impact visible

2. Technical scoping - you understand enough about software development to scope projects for our clients and brief technical teams, not a PM role but some technical understanding is needed.

3. AI - You are knowledgeable about AI and up to date on all trends and developments in this fast past space and can match opportunities with clients and products
